The American Music Awards Nominations Are Here

Awards season is coming up, and the nominees are in! Kendrick Lamar has had a huge year with a Super Bowl halftime show and more and he leads the pack with a whopping ten nominations, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year. 

Post Malone has eight nominations, while Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Shaboozey (amazing at Coachella this year BTW) are tied for third with seven nods each. 

Taylor Swift has six nominations, and could extend her lead as the artist with the most wins in American Music Awards history, as she already has 40. She is a machine.

The show is always awesome and is described as the world's largest fan-voted awards show…and voting is open now in all award categories on the American Music Awards voting website until Thursday, May 15, at 11:59PM Pacific…except for the Collaboration of the Year and Social Song of the Year - voting for those categories will stay open through the first 30 minutes of the event’s broadcast.
