You may have seen it on TikTok, or IG. But I want this in my life and I want it now. The Dubai chocolate bars have been an internet phenomenon for a few now. But before you take the plunge, just know they're like $20 a bar. Not a joke.

But the bars have inspired another TikTok dessert trend: Dubai cookies. Dubai cookies, which are filled with chocolate, pistachios, and kataifi, have been featured on accounts like @wellmadebykiley.

But cookies sound even better. Here's how to make some.

Start with a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe, and stuff the dough with a mix of pistachio cream or butter and kataifi. Some cookie fans describe kataifi as having a texture similar to Kit Kat bars. Get in my face now.
